The Ferret Club was on the move again. This time we were at the recently opened pet shop, Faunatar, in Hämeenlinna. Present clubbers were Outi & Mats, Leila & Jaakko, Johanna, and Sami & Miiariitta. Additionally, there were 8 ferrets joining in on the fun. The day was one big flurry. The show went on from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the first curious people were at Faunatar even before the clubbers managed to show up with their carrying boxes. The ferrets were stroked, amazed comments were proclaimed, and some actually considered getting a furball of their own. We managed to give out quite a bit of information on ferrets, which is one of our objectives. The day was a success, although it coincided with Easter. The day itself flew by and before we knew it, we were packing our stuff and waking up little sleepyheads from underneath blankets and shirts. Hämeenlinna's ferret day was over.
